Lance, as you know I tried for almost 2 years to get The dash replaced on my Avalon.I followed the regular process and found it very frustrating and not up to the standard I would expect from Toyota.
When I reached out to you for help,YOU GOT IT DONE IN LESS THAN A WEEK. THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE.
